I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Only suitable for small cabins at office. If you are thinking of using it at home, think again, for you won't even get to hear the damn thing ring. The Ringer volume is pretty low, Wish they had given some better ringtones that could make up for the low volume.
Phone book memory is low, but you cant expect more at this price.
Every now and then the cordless looses connectivity with the base.
Wish they had told me how poor the sound/ ringers were.

Poor Quality
Dont Buy this Phone.
Very bad quality, issue dont stop at all & there is no support from service center.
In picture i found the product looks nice but when i saw the actual product & the plastic quality they are below standard.
I suggest go for a international brand, i now have a Gigaset & its worth spending few hundreds more on it, as u get good looks & quality.

Worst phone to buy
I ordered it - got it - not usable - got new one - again not usable - worst thing was i gifted it and now not sure what to do- first it was not getting charged and new one does not work at all. Go for better company.

Very poor sound quality
The range is very small. Not at all good for home. The sound quality is very bad on speaker as well as ear.
Got this phone one month ago, now planning to buy another one. The ring volume is also too low. Its tough to locate where the phone is when it rings.

Great phone! Excellent delivery TAT
Thanks Flipkart of having shipped the phone to me in 3 days flat!!
And the phone is perfect.. We have a small place of 2BHK.. The phone is placed roughly in the middle of the house.. And it works at the all the extreme 4 corners!! The battery life lasts 2 days every charge - but i must add that we dont use the cordless extensively.. The features like the blue backlight and clear tones etc just makes this the right product.. Am very happy with the buy!!
