Very hands on
This is not like a theory book to be used in teaching a class, its perfect for those who want to start programming immediately. When I read the book I feel like my laptop should be open, IDE fired up so that I can follow whats happening in the chapters.

Very Helpful for Begineers
I brought this through flipkart and as usual i got it in one day .Thanks to the amazing service by Flipkart.i read through the book my first feeling was that it is a book for those who want to learn to android from the scratch.It is a quite good book but i was little disappointed because i already knew basics of android.But i recommend it for those who want to learn from the scratch.

The book has good content for startups! Basic things are nicely explained.
But Beginners should go for tutorials over the YouTube to get more better starting of Android App development.
