I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Stopped working stopped working
I have purchased Belkin N150 in June12 and works fine for 4 months and one day it just stoped no light. I call belkin and got the support and I submitted to service centre. Service centre is worst, they work for alsmost all brands Like sony, segate, belkin and what not they are even not interested to take the adapter. Service centre is not picking up phone very rude people.So I call belkin, after repeatedaly calling them they send me a mail this model will not be available for replacement for one month (20 NOV).
Very poor service so i will not recommand anyone to buy belkin products.

this one fits well with ma desktop.
the signal reception is also excellent for wifi with a distance of 20-30 meters ...
never had this kind of signal reception with any of the previously used adapter.
easy install.

Dissappointed !
Well the adapter works good , no problem, however 1 major flaw in this: You have to install its drivers provided for this product to work, its not plug & play kind. I bought a Asus USB-N10 EZ N Network some months back & its perfect, just plug & play type, works anywhere...
I thought, lets try belkin but sadly its not plug & play, which means I have to tug along the drivers to whichever PC I wanna use it in... & thus I can only use it with PC's, no media centers like WD live, no Wifi ready TV's etc...

Good buy in this price range
Pros:
1. Nice build quality, even though it has got a plastic body
2. It is compatible with 802.11b/g/n Wi-fi networks
3. It does not have any complex GUI control like Netgear N150 has. So it is easy to install
Cons:
1. It needs driver to be installed before using it on a new PC. So we have to carry around its driver CD, if we plan to use it in some other system. (Netgear N150 also needs driver CD)
2. Its speed is slightly less than Netgear N150 wireless adapter

Excellent Product!
This wireless usb adapter renders excellent connectivity with my wireless router.The distance between my router and my desktop pc is about 30feet.Still then i am getting good signal strength and optimal performance.
Go ahead and buy this product,do not worry about the performance its amazing.
Also i would like to thank flipkart for delivering this at an affordable price.
