I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

another amazing game from the 3ds
i got the game today its awesome you can play as any character in the game and each character will have 2 types of karts that is light and heavy which fits your driving style but you cannot customise your kart like mario kart 7.flipkart made the delivery fast and it rocks
