The product should be returned in its original condition at the time of delivery. Please ensure that

I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?
Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. The seller will be notified of the return request.
Once the seller accepts the return request, the item will be recalled and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you by the seller at no extra cost. nice notebook for office
Pros: good paper. could be a bit more thick though. My faber castell rollerball shows lightly through the page
there is a small pen holder on the side to keep your pen. Very nice touch.
There is a small card holder on the last page of the notebook
cons:the elastic band is a little loose. Not very nice. If they fix this, this would be a moleskine beater.
