I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Never buy this product. Very poor image quality, Ink doesn't dry after a long time. Ink is stretched out for a small rub. Ink consumption is also very high. No discount as well. So don't go for this product.Buy Kodak or other popular products. That will be the best.
