Bioshock : Infinite  (for PC)

Infinite is the third major installment in the Bioshock series and true to its name, it really does feel infinitely better than its predecessors. The game, much like the previous titles is set in the industrial age when people were just getting the hang of technology that extended beyond the simple steam engine. This allows the game designers to play with ideas like time travel, alternate dimensions and mind control. With people still discovering new technology at that age, it could be possible that some quantum physicists stumble upon the idea of levitation and dimensional tears. The game explores that concept to the fullest and lets your imagination run wild. The game has a PEGI rating of 18.

Published by 2K and developed by Irrational Games, the third title is a delight to play. From the very first scene the player is forced into an exploration mode where he or she discovers the use of chemicals and their effect on the physiology of people. The action adventure game follows an FPS perspective, which adds to the element of suspense throughout the game. You are tasked with retrieving a young woman called Elizabeth who is being held captive in Columbia, a floating mega-city launched by the American Government who sought to make it a symbol of peace. The city is actually a flying fortress with a huge arsenal of arms and ammunition hidden away for world domination.

You play the part of Booker DeWitt who is a former Pinkerton associate. The situation with Elizabeth is a lot more complicated than he initially thought as he finds she is the target of two groups, the Founders and the Vox Populi. It is up to you to keep her from falling into the hands of either group.
