I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Value for money and Quality Motherboard
1. Entry level Intel Z68 chipset motherboard which sports 8 phase CPU power and long lasting Solid State Capacitors. Check online reviews, it performs admirably against other expensive Z68 motherboards regards performance, power consumption and overclocking.
2. Supports Lucidlogix Virtu and Intel SRT caching. Recommend updating bios, software utilities and drivers to latest versions for a flawless performance. I am using this on dual display setup without any problem, have not tried SRT caching feature yet.
3. If you do not require a lot of USB ports on the back panel & do not plan to use dual GPU then this is a competent & reliable motherboard.(6 USB parts are supported via onboard USB headers, you need a USB ports on cabinet or rear usb bracket to connect. Also the second PCIe slot supports only crossfire at abysmal 4X speed).
4. Since this motherboard does not come in manufacturer's sealed package, carefully check all the contents, especially the motherboard which should rest on a pink foam base and in an anti-static cover which is sealed with a simple tape.
5. The PCIe x16 slot is close to the CPU socket, since I use an aftermarket cooler it was a tight squeeze. Also though not a big deal, this motherboard is slimmer in width than a regular atx motherboard, so some screw holes do not match with cabinets motherboard mounts.
6. If on a budget and can work around some of the limitations of this motherboard then it is a reliable choice.
Currently I have paired this motherboard with i5 2500K CPU with Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO cooler.
