Its been a month since I ordered the DVD and startd doing the workout.
It does work. I have lost a little weight, and can see a little toning up too.
The beginner's workout is simple and completely doable. I moved to advanced aftr 3 weeks of beginner's workout. Plan to continue doing it regularly and have also been recommending it to my friends who have also noticed the difference in me. Only thing u need is two 0.5kg weights and a mat and the WILL to do it regularly (This is the most difficult part initially).
Go ahead and try it. Completely worth it....!! All the best....!!

i brought this sometime back and am really happy with this dvd ...its very easy to follow the exercise routines,, and has language options whether u want it in hindi or english...flipkart service as usual is awesome... :)

i bought thz dvd 5 days ago,and have started my 25min beginners traning with thz viedo and i must complement the creaters for such a fab job.the beginners lesson of 25 minutes is very effictive,lots of sweat comes out witch helps in weight loss.over all a good dvd.i hope more parts of thz dvd should come out.cause it realy helps a lot.

only one suggestion plz put some good Bollywood songs there are sooo many Bollywood songs why to put only the tracks of bipasha basu,plz expirement a little with the song choise.plz.

its an awesome workout, and if you follow it religiously with a healthy diet .... it will definetly work !............but for that we need to "love ourselves " :D ........thats what bipasha says !!!!i have seen results....... i definitely recommend this product

I weight 70 Kg.. now lost 1 kg... m not actually following all the regime.. still m feeling i can loose more weight the quaity is good and its worth buying.. best for ppl who dont wann join gym.. and cant do yoga... so go ahead buy it....

The workout is crisp and clear and just perfectly trimmed to match a busy schedule. The instructions are precise and if you follow the routine religiously, you do see the results :) the beginners workout initially seems to be doable but it does require persistence and strength.The best part is that you know which body parts benefit from which exercise and it motivates you to do your best.Also,the timer helps to know for how long the exercise is to be done.
The audio features provide an option of Bollywood songs as background score as well as an option of Hindi as the language of instruction.
Overall, you feel as if Bipasha and Deanne(fitness expert) are actually giving you company to workout.It's not a product by a celebrity who had launched it just for fun.It's totally value for money :)

For all who are putting off exercise due to reasons of lack of time, this is a great option.. 25 mins of a well rounded workout that really makes you feel better at the end of it. The best part is that you see improvement in your performance week after week and get such a high in moving to advanced level after a month only to find yourself panting again !

I personally did this for 3 months, moved to (though not mastered) the advanced level and got good results. Left it subsequently and trying to get back now, though from beginners level again.

Ignore the cheesy makeup and forced pep talk. Focus on the workout and you ll enjoy it.

This workout DVD is the best one on the Indian market, really. Bipasha & Deanne make it very easy and the results are instantaneous, I assure you that.

It has 2 levels: Beginners & Advance, each that you're supposed to do for 30 Days.

The exercises involve Cardio, Strength Training, Abs Exercises and a very peaceful cool down. The instructions are very precise and guide you easily.

I personally enjoy doing it with Bipasha. It's like she's with you when you're doing it. Fabulous! Just like it says!
