IN FACT THE PICTURE SHOWED THAT IT HAS A HARD RUBBING SURFACE WHICH MAYCOME USEFUL TO CLEAN THE TILES N POLISH IT. BUT IT HAS A SPONGE RUBBING SURFACE WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS, PRECISELY THAT'S WHY I WANT TO RETURN IT AND EXCHANGE IT WITH SOMETHING USEFUL
