Performance and Convenience Features
With the Black & Decker VM 1430 Vacuum Cleaner you are able to control the maximum airflow by adjusting the airflow control switch. The pre-motor filter can be cleaned easily after removing it from behind the dust bag. Once you slide the filter out of its slot, it can be cleaned with a brush before replacing it. This will improve the performance and durability of the motor.The Black & Decker VM 1430 Vacuum Cleaner's on/off switch can be operated using your foot instead of having to bend down and use your hand. After use the power cord can be rewound into the body of the vacuum cleaner at the touch of a button. The dust bag can be easily taken out and emptied as it is conveniently located in the front compartment under the flexible hose.
The exhaust grill stops dust from exiting the vacuum cleaner into the area being cleaned. The crevice tool allows you to vacuum narrow and hard-to-reach places. No after sales service
I bought this vacuum cleaner from black & decker and it stopper working within a month. After that I kept trying their customer service and either no one answers the phone or they claim that the department I've called doesn't service vacuum cleaners. I have been chasing them for over two months. Flipkart has also been trying to get in touch with the after sales department but have had no success either.
