I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Very helpful
My original curve 8520 battery had bulged due to overcharging and was not holding charge for more than 4-5 hours.
I received this battery from flipkart few days back. On the first day after complete charging the battery went on for over 16 hours till it showed the low battery signal. During these 16 hours I had used the phone for about 3 hours of talktime and constant usage of phone for blackberry enterprise data plan for official mails and other apps like whtsapp, bbm, gtalk, facebook etc.
The built in overcharging protection is very helpful and works perfectly. It stopped showing the charging symbol once the battery was fully charged.
Curve 8520 phone itself claims the original battery to last for 4 hours of talktime and 408 hours of standby time.
Hence the output given by this battery was exactly what I expected it to be. Genuine product with genuine output.

Doesn't hold charge
I bought this battery to replace my 8 month old battery which came with the handset (Curve 9300). However the performance is only slightly better than the old one. It doesn't hold charge for more than 2 hours even on very low usage. If usage is moderate- that is if you make a couple of 10 minute phone calls, the batters drains out in an hour.
