this product didnt work properly even for a week and when i took to blackberry centre they refused to provide services for this product as they say all services will be provided by flipkart itself
and even after repetitive mails to flipkart regarding product there is no response.

While the packing was decent and the product indeed looked genuine, the quality of performance was abysmally poor. A full charge lasted just 25 minutes. Ironically, the battery I am using for 2 years lasts not less than 45 minutes of conversation.

The battery was delivered on time and it was sealed nicely, yes it had charge in it so it started the device without any problem, and till now did not face any problem.

The battery worked fine for the first three weeks. There after it started rebooting the blackberry more than just once in a single day! The blackberry battery have used marks on the contact points of the battery. It is giving service but i have serious doubt about the reliability over a period of time.

I bought this battery (Blackberry C-52), and since it was for my second phone the usage was minimal but still the battery is completely dead now.

Now, do I buy another battery or will it be replaced.
