Great headset and service by Flipkart
This headset is wonderful to use, blackberry proves it to again.. happy :).. More happy to have received a great service from Flipkart.. wanted to notity the geniune online service is back again.. had lost faith with so called online sales but Flipkart has restored that.. I would like to notify special appriciation on the professionalism of flipkat team including the delivery person Manjunath, who was not only cordial but very insistant on returning even Rs.1/-.. Great,Now I can safely and conveniently shop with trust from Flipkart for my needs and I know it would be done with accuracy..
After Market thought
The service from the seller was great, not question. But the headset itself is questionable.
At fist it does not fit snugly in the ear so the ear hook has to be used. The ear hook is made of some polymer and has a tendency to break, That means mine is already broken. YOU JUST DON'T GET REPLACEMENT for that. I mean the ear-hook.
The brilliant part is that the product is not listed on BB site and Flipkart advices me to buy a new headset. Amazing suggestion, I think in this foolish consumer world. Any degree of artificial intelligence cannot beat NATURAL STUPIDITY.

Minimal satisfaction
I have bought this product last friday.
I have tried it with Nokia,Samsung and Sony Ericsson phones.
It is working fine with Nokia phones along with music ,but for Samsung and Sony Music plying is not supporting.Even the famous drawback is people who are in the other side of the phone are not able to hear properly.The voice level is too low for them.I have to speak very loud to let them hear my words.
If is was a product below 1K then I can consider it as a budget problem,but if you are buying a BlackBerry brand with high price tag,you obviously expect little more.. right?

2. Voice prompts is a nice feature - tells u about low battery as well
Cons
1. The clip hurts the ear - too tight although one can use without clip also.
2. Overpriced as compared to other brands but its blackberry so its worth.
Overall good product for heavy phone users.

Poor build quality and uncomfortable to wear
Clip is made of poor quality material, hurts the ear and mine broke off at the bend in less than five months in spite of very careful use. Tends to fall off if used without the clip on account of poor ergonomic design. Not up to mark for a Blackberry product.
