I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

This is the most elegant way to charge your 9780...Smart Purchase.
Pros: Easy to Use and Does Exactly what it is Suppose to Do.
Cons: I have found no Cons.
This Charging Pod is the smartest purchase I have made for my Blackberry to date. It sits nicely on my bedroom dresser and at night I simply place my Bold 9780 in it and I have a full charge in the morning. I have my phone set to enter Bedside Mode when charging so as soon as I place my phone in the pod it immediately goes into the clock display. This is nice for when I wake in the middle of the night and want to know what time it is. The light on the pod is soft and is completely covered by the phone so it is not an issue. It is helpful when docking the phone in the dark.
Sleek, quick, and works without any issues.
This is great because it keeps my phone upright and visible all night.

Brilliant design and functionality
As an ardent Blackberry user, I have always felt that Apple users have the benefit of more accessories on offer. This charging pod however has really delighted me with its sleek design and outstanding functionality.
Highly recommended.

This is truly a smart deal!! It's a pleasure to see my bold getting charged while using the laptop.
If you don't have it, you are simply missing an all together different look of your Blackberry bold :)
