Must say this phone is really a master part of the pack from Blackberry, almost all features is available in this phone which we use in day to day life ..

And must praise Flipkart for their price and services .

i am using this phone last 10 months.
as i experienced is that Most of the Social network like Facebook is not working in this phone expect you buy the Blackberry service, which is expensive than local internet plan.
you can not access App world without BB service.

Flipkart is rocks
gives chance to write feedback on their site. which helps the people .
also they delivers your products in time or early than said.

Its a waste of money, problems are many like:
Touch-pad issues,No GPS map for India, Side buttons on mobile looses rubber padding after some time, Additional charges you have to pay to your provider to activate EDGE services, too costly to get it repaired and get accessories, not a phone of common and intelligent man.........I was able to use this phone just for 1.5 yrs and then have to move to some other brand...

amazing phone at an amazing price. you go out anywhere and this model is not available. You want an entry level 3G phone and you will need to pay above 15K. At 11K with a 3/6 months interest free EMI option, this is just an amazing offer. Also I ordered at 2:45PM on a Thursday afternoon, got the phone delivered to me at 3-45PM on Saturday afternoon. Amazingly quick delivery. Just lovin. it

This is completely useless phone where switching on the 3g connection will finish the battery in 1 hour and the same with gps. there is always this blackscreen of death a bug in blackberry software. my advice is to stay away from this phone as i got cheated and lost 15k

Excellent Features,I Purchased this 7 Months back and still its working good. Excellent service from Flipkart,they delivered this product with nice packing. If you want to buy Blackberry with lower budget please go for this.

i brought this nearly 6 months ago, it has poor battery , camera is not good , and the it slows down after downloading more than 10 apps , though if you are interested in chatting and stuff , you should buy it , even the internet works slowly , the only thing good is the qwerty keypad , otherwise its just a waste of time and money. i just think the BB is over hyped .rather a nokia would suffice

friends,please never think of buying a bb phone as honestly speaking it has nothing worth of new feature in it for purchasing this piece of junk!blackberry brand owner is a fool as he dont know of new os that is android

PLEASE NEVER BUY THIS HANDSET . I HAD PURCHASED THIS HANDSET IN NOV 2011.BUT IN JUST 6 MONTHS ITS BATTERY DIES WITH IN 2-3 HOURS.
WHEN I APPROACH TO SERVICE CENTRE THEY SAID THEY DONT GIVE WARRANTY ON PRODUCTS PURCHASED ONLINE .
