Before moving to Australia to open his fitness center, he worked as a sports massage and body therapist with luxury cruise liners. GOOD BOOK!!! YES. BUT HOW MUCH FOR AVERAGE INDIAN??

Ritwik has signed this book, well, if i was enough fortunate to born in such a wealthy family then i would have sign it because day to day, i would not have required to think and worried about market prices. But I have to, because so many of us parhaps wont afford a lunch of grilled chicken everyday, high protein powder, fat burner, Gaspari nutritional supplement. I am myself a gym goer, and i found that the exercises it has mentioned are common, there is no heavenly tricks. The average trainer of multigym would give you the same workout advice as in this book. There are some good stories,... ()

There are some good stories, (Good for only who has written them, i am bit skeptical about the truth), and lots of motivation, (YOu better purchase Napolion Hill's book for motivation). Again, the author must think that not everyone will become a model or film actors or a lady heartthrob, there are common working people who work in banks, office, and other places. The book is no doubt good, but i have a question, how much it is good for us, Indians!!!

This book has awesome tips to change your body from FLABBY bag to TIGHT shaped "BODY".

Trust me, it is going to change your look, forever.

Day 1 : Take a photo of yourself. Also your weight.
Day 84 : Take a photo of yourself. Also your weight.

Calculate the difference of weight and see the difference in shape. Mind blowing!

This book is good enough for both a beginner as well as an intermediate w.r.t raw contents if u r lazy enough to follow it religiously .. The only problem with this book is that the reasoning aspect ie the physiological aspects behind the workout and diet is very much missing. I'm stressing this point bcos ppl always tend to deviate and do mistakes. Only if they know why they r doing it they can plan or manipulate it for themselves. Exercise is a science. I guess Kris gethin will have to give few scientific touch up for his work( which is scientifically correct; I don't dispute tat) in ord... ()

On a quick skimming from a layman point of view, ppl will think tat cardio is for fat burning as Kris incorporate cardio on every alternate sessions. So the conclusion they draw will be that if I do cardio alone regularly I can reduce my fat. That wud be a wrong conclusion. YES WRONG. U will not burn ur fat rather u will lose ur lean body mass such as muscle n bone mass resulting in of course weight loss. Finally U can congratulate urself for achieving the exact opposite of wat u had in ur mind. An Illusionary Euphoria will be wat u hav really achieved and nothing more. There is a lot of science behind it. I cant explain u everything here. For those who really care about fitness here is ur hint "Aerobics & Anaerobic Energy systems, their fuel, Glycogen Sparing". Wake ur lazy ass up and do ur research
