This movie should get the award for "making people suffer in cinemas" category. Salman Khan is a superhero in the film rather than a bodyguard who can take off doors of cars in just a mere pull of his hand, he can still keep standing even after a large heavy crate falls on him, the crate gets injured but not Salman. The rest of the characters are just for show except Kareena whose only work is to phone him and talk about silly things to her friend. The best and the worst part of the movie was that in Ra. One, G. One can fly because he has superpowers, but in Bodyguard, Salman can fly and kill his enemies without any superpowers!!! Sallu surely wins this battle!

Bad bad bad film. Amalgamation of old films, bad acting and eventually, rotten product!

Don't waste your time seeing this film. Salman Khan is overrated as an actor and the only good thing about this film is the little boy who acts as Salman's son.

BODYGUARD works for varied reasons -- it has a simple, but captivating story with a dramatic twist in the tale, the chemistry between the lead actors is perfect and the music is well juxtaposed in the narrative. But its biggest USP is, without doubt, Salman Khan. He carries the film on his broad and brawny shoulders and that alone is the imperative reason for watching this film. BODYGUARD should emerge his third festive hit and fourth super-success at the ticket window. Expect a hurricane called BODYGUARD to strike at the box-office.

While Shah-rukh Khan uses his impeccable PR to persuade the media that he is King-Khan, Salman Khan does that with his mere presence. Bodygurad is testimony to Salman's charm and how his fans (and there are millions of them) would lap up anything he serves. Big Boss has done much to reveal Salman's hitherto unseen charm and chuminess. Since his appearance as its host, people have started... loving and admiring him more than ever before, which is why, movies like ready and Bodyguard have done exceedingly well. Bodyguard has no story, no sense, no technologically inspiring sequences, nothing new BUT it has Salman Khan and thats what his fans want - just him. Kudos to him that he could not only carry such a lame duck script on his shoulders but also made the movie one of the biggest box office gainers of all times. The music though is good and Kareen Kapoor looks good in a rather de-glam avataar. Watch it only if you are a Salman fan
