well intentionedPros: kalaria knows what she is talking about. she breaks down complex steps into simple understandable bits which even an amateur can grasp n replicate. choreography is beautiful, her background dancers move in sync with her. she gives easier options for beginners n advises viewers on the importance of taking abreak, hydrating , n not pushing too hard. warmup n cool down is part of every session.not bad for the price.but i prefer "my ultimate bollywood workout" by laungania.
