Stillness by Feroze Varun Gandhi
I did not think I would enjoy this book at all. In fact I was very apprehensive when I started reading it as well. Poetry to me is sacrosanct and if someone chooses to write in that genre then he or she better know what they are doing. Having said that, this collection shines and sparkles in most places. The poems are dark and contemplative and yet very easy to understand. Not to forget the stunning visuals that accompanies every poem. The tone of the poems is honest and heartfelt and that is what makes it what it is – introspective to the core. I highly recommend this one.
