The plot of this flick is centred around the Adamsons, a human couple, who bring home a litter of three orphaned lion cubs after George Adamson, the husband, kills the cubs' mother to defend himself. After the cubs grow into young adults, the Adamsons send the largest lions to the Rotterdam Zoo, though, Elsa, the youngest from the litter, is kept at home. However, when Elsa leads a reckless mishap, the Adamsons are compelled to either send Elsa into captivity or back into the wild. What will they decide to do with the innocent yet ferocious creature?
