Born To Lead ?

Born to Lead? rests on the major premise that leadership cannot be taught, but, fortunately, most of us can learn how to be a Leader. Without citing management theories, complicated diagrams, or so-called "styles" of leaderships the author tells us what qualities make a Leader. He stresses that the true assessment of a leader comes from the people being led, a novel and refreshing concept. "Anecdotal references" are used to exemplify leadership traits and tools under discussion. This book is a good read and those who care to learn from it can become a Leader (a person who practices leadership in his dealings with people), not just a leader (a person in a supervisory position).
