I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Poor product
I purchased BPL L650 CFL Emergency Light from a Store in Chennai and find that this lasts for only 1hr & 15 min (Single Tube) and 45 min (Double Tube). In Chennai, power outage is scheduled daily for 2 hours, and during this period we happen to find that this product does not offer what is claimed. Inspite of charging daily for more than 12 hours.
Horribly below than what is printed on the BPL product (10hr - Single Tube/ 7hrs - double tube)
