I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Really good and well designed shaver/trimmer
I used this for around 2 years and found it to be incredibly good for my usage.
You can use it and then wash it, so each time it's just like new. It does not have a battery in-built which can be a good or bad thing depending on your usage.
Good part is that the motor is powerful enough as it draws power directly and doesn't stop or slow down due to low battery. I find this very useful as a slow blade in any electric razor becomes painful.
Bad part is it cannot be used if there is no power outlet close to your shaving area or in places of frequent powercuts.
I currently have a Seiko cordless shaver (rechargeable) which is more expensive but I still find the Braun one more ergonomic, especially the trimmer.
I have used the trimmer extensively which allows for a trim as close a roughly 0.5mm which is useful in cases when you do not want a close shave.
All in all a great product and highly recommended.
