I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Quality shaver
I have been using shavers for the last 18 years. Had a Braun shaver and then a few years back bought a cheap Philips shaver. I was of the opinion that shavers though convenient were good for an occasional use only and if you wanted a really good quality shave then there is no alternate to the razor.
Braun 570 shaver, based on the few times I have used it, has crossed that threshold of quality. It is good enough to make one forget the conventional razor. It gives a very clean shave in double quick time.
The product quality is excellent and Braun shavers last forever.
The only gripe I have is I do not see Flipkart or any other online vendor, selling the consumable for the shaver. You need to replace the foil and cutter block every 18 months.
Flipkart delivery was smooth and the price was excellent. Hopefully Flipkart would be selling the consumables by the time I need them.
