I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Worth the money
Though made entirely of plastic, this shaver is very well made. It is very simple to set-up and use - just pop in the batteries and off you go ! But the shaver has a problem removing long hairs. But that said it is for someone who shaves everyday. The only concern I have is finding a replacement foil and cutter block. But some research online suggests that the foil and cutter block lasts for about 12-14 months. But it would be reassuring to know that the spares are readily available.

Waste of money
I took proper care of product and always put the cover on, while storing, however within 3 months of use the foil started to wear and was unusable.
Prior to this I used Panasonic electric shaver.Foil of same lasted for more than 2 yrs(it was subjected to lots of traveling and rough use)
Calling Braun service partner was also of no help.As per them foil is not covered in warranty and they were not sure regarding availability of new foil.
I would request flipkart to make available the foil of such products online.At least after spending few more bucks we can use the product.

nly vibrates but wont pick a single hair
i dont know about this product just seeing reviews in flipkart i ordered this
when i ordered this i got within two days
for first time it didnt pick a single hair but machine ijust runs...
THANKS TO FLIPKART WHEN I COMPLAIN THIS THEY IMMEDIATELY REPLACED
in second piece worked well as i read in reviews it worked difficult in angled place but it worked...but it didnt continue after 4 to 5 shaves( after a month) it did the same what the first piece do.....(nly vibrtes but wont pick as single hair)

Works really great
Since its one of the cheap ones, I will say it is worth its price.
Sometimes does not shave properly on the neck. You have to be patient and do it slowly to get the shave done nicely.
Works really well for me as I shave every other day. Not recommended for someone who occasionally feels like growing a stubble.
The batteries that came with the pack are still working 2 months after I bought it.
a 4.5 for this brilliant product.
I just need to figure out how to clean it properly.

Good product
It's among the cheapest of the brauns which is THE name for electric shavers. Bought this a couple of weeks back as per the recommendation from a friend.
Pros: Really mobile, put two AA batteries and you are ready to go. It works for most part of the face and pretty quick at that. Very easy to clean.
Cons: No trimmer with it or advanced features like that. There's no charger and the two AA batteries charge for like 7 to 10 shaves. It's meant for those who shave every day or every other day. Won't quite work if you haven't shaved for 3 or 4 days.
Overall I am more or less satisfied with it.
