First off - epilation is NOT incredibly painful. If you are already accustomed to waxing, epilation will not be much different. In fact, I find it a far better experience with the same result - hair pulled out from the root leaving smooth skin and no sticky wax to wash off later. i wanted to buy this product for so long and did a lot of research comparing products but preferred this one over the other braun products..im new to epilators so the first time was a little scary..it was like threading over a larger area..
But the second time went kind of smooth and since you expect the pain it wasn't that bad (if it hurts too much just look away and do it :P it helped )
The olay wipes were really good..somehow they reduce the pain when used before epilation

I'm so glad I bought this epilator. I typically got a full body waxing at my regular parlor and it used to cost me more than 2K each time, plus at least 4 hours of my time on weekends.
