I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

A MILESTONE IN THE EPIC GENRE
What an epic! All aspects of the film are so authentic & intense that you actually feel that history is being unfolded in front of your own eyes in your television screens. Mel Gibson's cry of 'freedom' during the movie's end will send a shiver down your spine! The video quality is outright brilliant for a film with such a bland & limited color palette to display. Apart from the epic battle scenes, the audio quality boasts superb clarity & depth during dialogues too.
P.S.- Excel should take responsibility for providing false informations about the special features in the back cover of the disc. This disc hardly has any of them.

More of a Question
The movie no doubt is awesome but my question is more on the blu ray actually. The back of the case talks about lot of special features but I couldnt find many of them especially the Making of the movie in the blu ray. Anyone else feels the same? My rating is more on the disc than the movie.

Good one to have in Blu Ray
Braveheart has always been my favorite. One of my favorite at least. And i had to get it in blu ray. The audio and video is amazing. The video wont be the usual crispy but as its a early 90s movie.. it has a different charm in HD. The audio is superb, the amazing score of Braveheart by James Horner to hear in DTS HD audio is just amazing. There might be some special features missing from what it says on the backside. But still worth a buy.
