I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Nice programme and good music but very bad quality of packaging
Sade's music needs no introduction..well worth watching and listening to.
What struck me was the low quality of packaging used and bad print quality of notes.
When companies roll out bad quality discs/packaging/notes, its like saying, its better you go in for piracy as we are selling you junk anyway.
Bad job by sonymusic india on this one.. (the packaging etc.)
