Budgeting & Budgetary Control In Educational Institutions

An unplanned expansion of the institutions of higher learning particularly college, has resulted into an extra burden on the national exhequer. These colleges in the country are established due to some socio political factors even without ensuring minimum basic facilities, but never mature into the institutions of learning.
