The guy is just full of himselfBought a total waste of money. The video looks like it is shot for people to know how 'good' or rather bad the guy looks. If you get motivated by just looking at someone else workout then rather join an aerobics class and watch a pretty instructor do so, then a bald guy in tights who doesn't explain anything. Wasted my money

definitely will burn caloriesPros: intense warmup session - its a sweaty workout in itself!concentrates on working on one part of the body each day of the week- legs:monday ,back: tuesday etc....so it prescribes sessions for 5 days in a week. warmup n cool down part of every session. good mix of aerobics and yoga(resistance training). gives options to make tougher steps easier for beginners(eg.if you cant reach ur toes, reach for ur ankle, if not ur knee...)emphasizes importance of keeping an eye on heart rate, taking breaks if too tires, n hydrating.lives up to the promise of making viewers burn calories "if followed rel… (Expand)
