Ramadhar Giri is visiting faculty in the area of organisational behaviour and human resource management studies. Earlier he was assistant professor in the organisational behaviour area in management technology institute. He completed his MBA in 1997 from London and was awarded a Ph.D. in organisational behaviour in 2001.
