Business Process Management

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the second International Conference on Business Process Management, BPM 2004, held in Potsdam, Germany in June 2004.

The 19 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 70 submissions. The papers are organized in topical sections on business process modeling, formal models in business process management, miscellaneous, analysis and verification of business processes, process mining, and workflow management.
