This book is definitely a good read.

But certain disclaimers to the readers.
1. Unless you like a little bit of mythology and are inclined towards spirituality this may not be the right book for you
2. This is one book which needs a little knowledge of Hindu gods otherwise it may be a bouncer at many places

Overall a good read and keeps you interested across the pages. At some points I found the author's views biased but that is a personal perspective.

A very good book that introduces both our Mythology and the Principles of Management ,Personnel Management in particular .More importantly it relates them to each other so well that we can easily relate to both Mythology and Management. A very convenient way to learn Myths and their relevance to Mgmt.

This book is a wonderful attempt to see management from Indian perspective. Each chapter begins with explanation of a framework, which is then described by multiple sutras. These sutras are superbly illustrated, with examples and stories taken from Indian mythology; sometimes also including a story on a current-day management issue.

The book is also good for those who would like to see Indian mythology in a different perspective.

"Business Sutra : A Very Indian Approach to Management" for sure will be an interesting read for someone like me who doesnt prefer "heavy" stuffs. However, knowledge and interest in Hindu mythology is one of the pre-requisites for this book as the author frames the whole of his business management sutras around this.
