I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Superb Phone
Just too good
have been using this for past 1 month..just great given its 4K price tag.
touch is not the best (but no problems in usage) and the battery is just enough to last one day.
rest everything about the phone too good. no lagging it's the same 1 Ghz A9 processor .that other manufacturers use.
build quality is also quite ok...
money:worth - ratio at its highest!!!!

super smartphone at the price of a normal phone
Except that this smartphone having no 3G, all the features are available and working smartly. Touch screen is superfine, battery backup is also good. Just I have purchased this phone and fully satisfied with the features. No doubt, at this price this is a super deal. speed is also very good.

BYOND Rocking- In Smart Phone Also
Wow man seriously Byond you guys rock. I was not at all expecting this handset to be so good. At this price which is Rs.3799 you will never get anything like this cellphone. For this price you will get a jumbo screen cellphone, which has 1ghz processor(really is it). 3.0MP camera and 1.3MP front camera(front camera is useless its just for show because this handset doesnt support 3g this is the only drawback which it has.) 3mp camera is fairly good its unlike those india made handset where clarity doesnt even exist. It's a 3mp camera but clarity can be compared with a 5mp cellphone camera. It has 2.3.6 Android in it and that is fairly good. It's a dual-sim handset and it also supports dual standby which really enhances this feature. Touch is extremely you will see and feel its very smooth and awesome. I wasnt expecting anything like from a new brand like byond but they have done an excellent job. If we have to exclude 3g than this handset is extremely good for those who want a good smartphone for extremely reasonable price with many good features. Good work Byond. Keep up the good work going.
