Best C book ever!I had bought this book way before Flipkart or anything existed, I was back in my 8th grade then and this made me fall in love with programming! Right now I a comp engg, managing my own startup. Herbert always is crisp and precise and yet is descriptive enough. This is the best C book you can ever buy.

not at all for beginners..i read this book and truly saying this book is not at all for beginners (dummies) who want to learn c and master it . for reading this book you need to have prior knowledge in c and brain storming is required..

One of the best C++ reference book out there, period.Herbert Schildt has never done a sloppy job yet. His book "JAVA- A Complete reference" has been as huge a success as this book has become.
