Caleb, Caleb, Caleb is a continuation of the book The Town Barn Isnt There Anymore, which ends where Caleb is leaving for Oklahoma saying a sad goodbye to his beloved town of Sterling. A tragic accident alters his immediate plans and forces Caleb to accept the duties of manhood long before he is mentally prepared. This advent, along with once again being drawn in with the girls of his youth, twists Calebs thoughts and fears nearly as badly as when he was reaching his years of puberty. As he reenters the working world of his father, he is introduced to a whole new class of characters that become a big influence on his life. Where the first book was Calebs coming-of-age story, this book is about Caleb wedged in the world between his childhood and becoming a man.
