The product is awesome . The description is also correct .
Double check what USB slot your phone has.
Most modern phones have micro USB so this cannot be used with them.
Make sure what slot you have and then buy this .
Great product anyways .

Nothing misleading. People don't know difference
There is nothing misleading in the product specs. People should read and gain knowledge before purchasing. Micro and Mini are not same. Mini was older format and Micro is the most recent. Just do Image search in Google before purchasing Micro vs Mini and you will see the difference.
The product is from CallMate. A reputed brand and it has a great build quality. It works great. Before blaming Flipkart or company. Blame yourself for not heading attention to details.

It was of no use to me and tried to send it back to flipkart but was not able to do so as you dont have a policy of taking up getting back the products for few providers

mini Usb , NOT micro usb....
Do not buy it for new samsung , micromax, nokia etc... i buyed it ... & returned it...
It is mici Usb not Micro usb which is in old phones..... check b4 buying if ur phone has mini usb slot or micro usb slot...
hats off to Flipkart for delivery in 2 day's & return in 1 day..

Not meant for recent smartphones as the Male mini USB socket is too big for them .
The mini USB(Male part) is too big to fit into the charging socket of all the latest smartphones.
I tried with LG Optimus E988 , Micromax A73 , Samsung Grand Quattro but it is useless for all the products .
This is all I can say about this and I don't know know what to do with the cable now .

good but not for me
it does not work on xolo q700 which i own as it is micro and i needed mini for my phone.
its input is quite big and is not ment for mobiles
