I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Disappointed
I'm sorry, but these are not good at all. I didn't have high expectations considering the price, and had a specific purpose in mind (rough use on some project) while buying these. But the brushes have very little strength, and tends to get bent right from the ferrule. Furthermore, the hairs keep coming off even as I paint. I'm afraid, as far as I'm concerned, even the listed price (Rs 150/-) now seems too much for this set.
