How do I place a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) order?
All items that have the "Cash on Delivery Available" icon are valid for order by Cash on Delivery.
Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select "Pay By Cash on Delivery". Enter the CAPTCHA text as shown, for validation.
Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.

I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

A must for water color beginners!
This is a very nice product from Camilin for water color enthusiasts. I use only a few colors in this pack and get the desired colors by mixing the few. The pricing of this pack is very reasonable and the quality of colors is also good. However, I think Flipkart should provide the colors available in the paint tube packs to enable users get to know the colors they are buying before placing order; every time it is not possible to call up customer service, which is good, to clarify/obtain details of the products that one wishes to buy from this site.

good for starter
this is a nice indian product... infact only indian product that can b used for water coloring.... though its no where near high grade imported product like daler rowney which i use now but still its good for freshers .... use good sable brush and cold pressed paper for better result... then eventually switch to imported product :) happy painting ....
