At Flipkart, we sell books. We are up early in the morning and work until the mega serials get over. We think we are customer obsessed and it seems to be true from the messages we get. We hate mediocrity and maybe that is why we see champions all around us. We work on problems of supply chain, Design, Operations, Optimizations, Data mining, Usability, Scale etc. and we love it. We are excited about our mission of making knowledge accessible to us all. We are readers and customers of flipkart ourselves. So, we think we understand what needs to be done. We are fascinated by our own growth. The numbers tell us so.

We have all the samosas,

We are at Koramangala, More-or-less the food district of Bangalore. Manoj gives us mouth watering home made breakfast and lunch and it keeps us healthy. Nandu brings us samosas and kachoris. Coffee & tea flows in Plenty.  Falafel is available a block away and so is Andhra food.

A stimulating environment,

We have no A/C and we breath natural air and it feels nice. We are open and straight forward. We encourage transparency and accountability. We believe in breaking new grounds and we do it together. We manage ourselves and trust others. Technology is our enabler; algorithms and automation, dear to our hearts. We have fenders and stratocasters, Jugglery balls and Chanting beads all in one room. We ask questions and learn. We don't know it all and we want to learn.
