I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Safe and sturdy, different though!
There were days when I was a little protective of my cameras, and that concern made me buy this case. The product is very good, and it fits (a little bigger though) my Sony Cybershot W350 and Canon A3200 IS.
Material is good and sturdy, and the zip is also good.
But now i dont use any types of cases or protective things for daily use electronics. They just slow you down, I hated to open a zip/welco everytime I used to take a photo, so now my camera just stays in my pocket with other stuff, it does scratch them a little bit, but it doesnt matter.
If you are still at early phase of your camera's life (:P) and want to keep its screen/surface clean and shiny, then buy this.

Good Pouch for camera
It is a good pouch with a lot of padding so no worries if you drop it accidentaly. Camera (sony 4650) fit in perfectly there is also a small pocket inside which should have been a little deeper for the sony battery but fits the sd card perfectly, was slightly dirty /dusty when delivered.

nice case
i ve a canon sx230hs. Case fits exactly the camera. but, its not spacious enough to keep the extra battery. tougher to keep tht. otherwise product is very durable. satisfied with the product. but, i would ve felt great, if my extra battery found a nice place in it.
