I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Case for SONY DHC-WX50
Bought this pouch for my new SONY DSC-WX50 camera recently purchased online. As free pouch was not promised by supplier, I ordered this seeing the inner size etc. It was promptly delvered by the supplier in Delhi.
The quality is not up to the mark. The SONY vendor supplied a free pouch with MRP 350 which at about 25 more than TB-01 is of much better quality & finish.
The stich quality and looks of TB-01 is poor in comparison and there is no inside pocket for extra battery. Plus point is it has a zip that holds small sized DSC-WX50 more securely.
On Belt, it will hang the camera vertically which is not good.
Overall, better pay a few bucks more for a better product.

Case Logic TBC-301 Camera Case
Case logic camera cover TBC-301 is a single compartment compact camera case. This is a very good fit for most of the point & shoot cameras available in the market today. Please check the inner dimensions before you order this case.
But if you need a camera case with compartment for the additional battery and charger, this is not the model to go with. Better go for a model with additional compartment if you are an avid traveler and need to carry another spare battery/Memory card.

worth buy if ur cam is a bit slim
brand is case logic and we are buying through flipkart so we neednt worry about quality
the zip works fine and their is a small inner compartment to keep your battery when the camera is not in use
the pouch is soft and water resistant also
till the height of 2.5m drop the pouch protects the camera nicely
(didnt try over tat height)
a worth buy
if ur cam is bulky go for other products

flipflipkart delhi everybody..
orsered it for my canon 22ohs and am really satisfied with the size of the bag. it just fits perfectly inside the bag.
the feel in your hands is pretty solid and cushioning is good enough for a not so big fall.
overall a great budget product even thoigh the flipkart delivery sucked for the first time.
