CaseMate SM GLXYSIIBT-BLK Case

This case is the best that is available in the Indian Market for the Samsung Galaxy S2. I picked up the Black version. This case comes in a plastic display container that is bubble-wrapped and then packaged with Flipkart's shipping packaging.

The case is just ~1.3mm thick and has cut-outs for the all the buttons and ports (On the top side for the 3.5mm headphone jack and video-calling microphone, on the bottom for the charger and microphone, on the left for the power.lock button, on the right for the volume up/down button and wrist strap eyelet, at the back for the camera flash and the speaker.) The case protects the back surface of the phone. It doesn't protrude much on the the top (just .3mm) thereby allowing you to use the touch screen normally. As the Galaxy S2 screen is made of Corning's Gorilla glass, additional protection is not required. The finish of the case is velvety-matte which prevents your phone from slipping out of your hands.

I'd recommend the Casemate's BarelyThere Case for the SGS2 to anyone who has picked up the Samsung Galaxy S2. It is also cheaper than what you have to pay at Casemate's site (INR 795 < USD 25)

I have ordered my Samsung Galaxy s2 case yesterday and i got it today.i have been informed continuously regarding the progress of delivery through mails nd msgs. No time lag......... Guys Keep it up and kindly maintain the standards which u people have set.

This case is absolutely fantastic! It's really thin and doesn't add much to the super slip S2. It gives a good grip. It also protects the camera if you keep the phone on a flat surface cause the cam is a little recessed with the case on. I like the fact that it leaves all the buttons open as well. Overall a great case. And as usual, brilliant service by flipkart. Keep it up!

I searched all over the internet for this awesome case for my sgs2 and when flipkart put it on sale(and considering their excellent service record)i couldn't wait to buy it and since i got it today i am totally loving it.For a brand like case-mate i would have paid double the given price and i thank flipkart for an awesome delivery and awesome product!!!

Nice Form factor, Good quality finish. Was disappointed that this did not come with a screen guard like the Galaxy S version.

A problem i find most with aftermarket cases is that the cut-outs around the buttons aren't placed right and block access.
This case although not having this problem, I did feel that the space around the power button wasn't adequate but could be due to two things
1. The high Placement of the power button closer to the top edge of the phone.
2. I do have big fingers.

I'm really nit picking here because there isn't much to find fault with. So I will not blame case mate for this gripe of mine.

The case lends a nice feel to hold and also takes away the nervousness that one might feel while holding a Naked GS2 which is really Slim.

Being a barely there case I feel this case will help with protecting the back and the camera glass from scratches and minor impact but this may not be a case to protect you from a major fall [I'm not willing to test this out :)].

Will Highly recommend this case for the GS2 and you'll love the way the phone looks and feels with this thing on while continuing the keep the slimness of the phone intact.
