I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Simple and Elegant Watch
I was planning to buy a watch, an inexpensive one and for daily office use. After going through search results, zeroed in two watches, one of Maxima and other of Casio. Decided to buy Casio as review of Maxima were not good inspite of Price being a little higher. And I am proud now that I chose to purchase this Watch. Few point about watch:
i) Good dial size
ii) Luminescent material for Hands and Digits
iii) Instead of normal numerals,Location marks which gives a good look to dial
The pics posted on Flipkart do not justify the physical elegance of the watch. In fact, one of colleague was surprised to hear the price after looking at the watch. He guessed the watch would be around 3K. Flipkart as usual great in its delivery. Would recommend this watch to anyone looking for a decent watch at an inexpensive price

As the reviewer above stated so correctly, the image on the website does not do justice to the actual product. It is a very beautiful and simple piece of time keeping machine, highly elegant, and at an affordable price. I bought it about a month ago from Flipkart and it has already passed the rough-tough stress test of Indian streets as I have managed to bang it against a few really hard surfaces while traveling on the road and there's not a scratch to behold, and the time is still accurate. People will stare at your watch as it is very classic and elegant in design. Flipkart's delivery as usual, is great.
