About Rajiv Sikri

Rajiv Sikri joined the Indian Foreign Services in 1970. He retired as the secretary of Ministry of External Affairs. He has been a consultant in the institute of South Asian studies, NUS in 2007-2008. India’s foreign policy titled Challenge and Strategy: Rethinking India’s Foreign Policy (Sage, New Delhi, 2009) is a book published by him which gained popularity for the kind of analysis that was made on India’s Foreign Relations.
