About Author :
Kamal Nayan Kabra was for nearly three decades a Profesor of Economics, Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi. He is a political economist, obtained his PhD in economics from Delhi School of Economics. He was the first Nehru Scholar of the Nehru Memorial Trust at the University of Cambridge; taught economics a Ramjas- a Delhi University College- for a decade.
Shri Laxmi Dass is a social activist and a rural development practitioner. Influenced by Gandhian ideology at the age of 15, he got involved in the process or rural reconstruction on Gandhian lines. As a Chairman Akhil Bharatoya Gramodyog Mahasangh, he is devoting all his time for the promotion of village industries and the technologies required for his sector.
