Chetan Bhagat (Combo of 5 Books)

I read 2 states last week: Its truly amazing and facts described how marriages are arranged in India. I refer everyone to read to this book, worth to buy it.

Revolution 20-20: Another fact about Indian Politics-Love-Money.
Really a great book, feel like you are watching a movie.

Chetan, you are going good and have kept the book simple, so that a small kids can understand your style of Presentation, describing. I Never felt boring and too lenghty explanation in your books. Best of luck to you.

Firstly i happened to read 3 Mistakes of my life borrowed from my friend, awe struck by the simple and gripping narration i ordered this box set the very next week.

Started off with one night at the call center, it was very engaging until the age old strategy of deus ex machina comes and disruptes the core, although a decent read overall.

Two States is the smartest of the bunch. Being a chennaite i felt connected with the story and its a decent replica of south indians, and their lives.

5 point someone was a classic in its grounds and felt very polished of the all.

Honestly b4 reading Revolution 2020, i read some reviews in flippy and my expectations on what its gonna offer is at near ground level. But after reading R2020, my hands started shivering, mind restless and i started figuring an alternate ending for the next 2 week. Totally superb read. I told my friend about this book and he was in tears one night on phone, and he revealed how the human emotions are so hard but always brittle.

Please dont criticize others feelings or emotions as long as it doesn't hurt you. Everyone will be having a world of their own and its completely copyright protected for themself.

the all 4 books from Chetan Bhagat one night @ call center, five point some one, three mistakes of my life and 2 States are fabulous books, i have read this books 100 times still i wanna ready them, too good man. I have not yet read his new book "revolution 2020" so don't know any thing about it.

Five Point Someone

Five Point Someone is a CB masterpiece …Its an engineering students delight..After reading the book I couldnt help myself feel a bit of remorse, thinking of those days that could have been a lot better(had I read the book before) than that they turned out to be..Therefore, can't recommend this book to final year college students for it will make u think that you should start all over again.

One Night at the Call Centre

Seeing the cover page of One Night at the Call Centre (& the educational background of the writer) I was thinking computers,business,outsourcing & things like that..The book turned out to be a scintillating one & it shows how human motions;love,trust,fear,ego,envy etc etc can be played with…For young professionals, it also presents you with a couple of choices,choices that decide how your lives are gonna be..

The Three Mistakes of My Life

For a nation obsessed with cricket, CB's The Three Mistakes of My Life, is truely a gift. The story moves on with three friends with some twists, Love, tragedy and a success. Its a perfect mix of cricket, religion, business, love and friendship. The 3 mistakes of my life has the quality that makes one want to read the book cover to cover in one sitting.


Two States

The pick of the lot i would say is Two States..the transpiring love story it is..it is an eye opener for young minds.For someone who thought the journey from start of 'true love' towards tying the knot was easy,the first three quarters of the book will frighten you.It depends on the way you see it though….Last time I checked the novel has a happy ending so it should be fine guys..

Revolution 2020

This book is really a wonderful creation by CB. An inspiring story. Unlike his previous books the love story here has a little sad end. Thats really true in real life as every love stories don't end happily. A true insight to the existing scenario of education and politics in India.

"Telling your parents you’ve failed at something is harder than the actual failure"

Itz a good work by chetan....touching all the relevant contemporary facts of life in india.. be as a student in the competetive world or as a committed couple in love or as a parent who looks up to their children as their own future. I rate revolution 2020 better than 3 mistakes and two states because it highlighted the fact of being righteous (RAGHAV) even in the midst of odds in life which commanded respect ( than demanded )even in the heart of a jealous and rich friend(GOPAL) which helps in the transformation of his own jealous and complexed character and himself started being right. A grt realization in life is that it is the PASSION in u helps or pulls u to be success than the AMBITION in u .In the long run being righteous works than being corrupt.
