
The main thrust of the author is on socio-economic andpolitical-legal study having deep bearing on Child Labour In India. In fact ithas become an acute and complex problem in our society and in spite of severallaws prohibiting child labour in the industry, domestic affairs and elsewhere,there appears to be little improvement in this direction.
