Summary of the Book
Circle of Three follows the life three people who have lost the will to live. Aryan Khosla is a thirteen-year-old boy who has no friends and rarely gets to meet his extremely busy and quarreling parents. He feels his birth was a big mistake and feels worthless and dejected. Ria Marathe is a woman in her early thirties and a successful scriptwriter. She lost her husband and only son in a terrible accident, and later comes to know that her husband had been cheating on her for the longest time. Faced with a lifetime of misery, she decides it will be best if she puts an end to her miserable life. Rana Rathod, a sixty-three year old man, is a long forgotten author. He has carelessly lived off the trust created by his affluent family. He feels betrayed by his two children who supported his wife during their painful divorce thirty years ago. He fears he is going to die a lonely and bitter man.
Will Aryan lose his childhood to his loneliness? Will Ria lose her life to her tragedy? Will Rana lose his dignity to his past sins?
